职位描述：
Position Summary/职位简介
-Coordinate with marketing team and sales team to provide superior POS in the store and tailor-made promotion support for different channel. And responsible for push girls management nation wide to improve the brand image and quality.
Main Responsibilities/工作职责
-Responsible for the preparation of POS materials and gimmicks for assigned products, and ensure their effective use by field force
-Develop merchandising guidelines and activation standard
-Responsible for PGS/PG management and training
-Responsible for planning, control and execute the promotion activity in different channels
-Channel understanding, information collection and analysis
-Budget control
-To perform other related assignments when required
Qualification & Experience/职位要求
-At least 5 years relevant experience in Cosmetic/FMCG industry with minimum 2-year on managerial level positions
-Experienced in trade marketing & merchandizing
-Mature, optimistic, accountable, willing to work under pressure
-Leadership
-Team player with good project management acumen, problem solving ability and logistic thinking analytical skills
-Strong presentation and communication skill;
-Good command of computer skills
Education & Language/学历及语言要求
-Bachelor degree or above
-Holder of an MBA degree would be an advantage
-Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
